Dear Friends, 

My name is Carolyn. You can call me Carol as everyone does.  I bet people who like the song “Oh Carol” will never forget my name. 

I was born and bred in Fuzhou, the capital city of Fujian province in China.  I moved to Singapore in 2001. How time flies! I have been here in Singapore for about 6 years.  

I have been working in IT industry for 6 years before I switched my career to IT recruitment line. Now I am working as an executive search consultant, specialized in IT professional and executive search.  

I have great passion for my job. I enjoy meeting people and helping them in their career planning and development. My objective is to help more and more people to advance their career to the next level and be well rewarded for doing what they love to do.  

I would like this blog to be a platform to share about my life, my profession and the magic of NLP* in achieving people’s career goal.
