Objective: Bespecial Wood Carving & Woodcraft was founded in 2013 by sculptors Vivian Law and Justin Chan, driven by a passion for traditional craftsmanship and living in harmony with nature. The aim was to introduce their wood carving kits to a wider audience, making the craft accessible to beginners and DIY enthusiasts alike.
The Challenge: Make wood carving feel approachable and engaging for people of all skill levels, while communicating the craftsmanship behind each kit and inspiring audiences to create something of their own.
My Role: I filmed and edited a series of instructional videos, breaking down the carving process into clear, easy-to-follow tutorials. Designed for viewers to follow along at home, the videos showcased the craft in an accessible format while encouraging more people to discover the joy of wood carving.
